Hasbro Recalls the CS-6 Nerf Blaster By Lloyd Duncan The Nerf N-Recon CS-6 Blaster was recalled by Hasbro, cooperating with the US Consumer Safety Commision. This is a voluntary recall. There are more than 330,000 Nerf Blasters being recalled, responsible for more than 46 reported injuries. This recall doesn’t affect all of the CS-6 Blasters. Model number 63552 with a UPC code of 653569272021 or 653569311218 are the affected toys. If you don’t have the original box to check the UPC code, just look at the blaster. If the plunger at the rear of the weapon is exposed (does not have an orange cap) then you have a blaster that is under the recall. Hasbro will send you the orange cap that prevents the plunger from striking an individual with the instructions for installation. You can contact Hasbro using their website or 1-800-245-0910.
